ELEVION PARTNERS

ESG & Social Impact

Our Commitment to People and Planet

At Elevion Partners Solutions, we are committed to responsible business practices across our operations, our client engagements, and our partner ecosystem. The commitments on this page reflect our values as set out in our Code of Conduct and Ethics, 2025, and the supporting policies that form part of our internal compliance framework.

Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining

Elevion respects every employee’s right to freedom of association and collective bargaining. Our employees are free to form, join, or choose not to join any lawful trade union, employee association, or representative body. This commitment is aligned with the constitutional and statutory protections under Indian law.

Anti Child Labour, Forced Labour and Non-Discrimination

Elevion Partners Solutions India Private Limited declares that it does not, and will not, employ, engage or in any way support the use of:

  • Child labour. Elevion does not employ any person under the age of 18 in any capacity. This prohibition applies to all roles, including internships, apprenticeships and trainee positions.
  • Forced, bonded, trafficked or involuntary labour of any kind. All employment and engagement at Elevion is entered into freely by the individual, based on a written agreement that sets out terms and conditions of work, and is terminable by the individual on reasonable notice.
  • Corporal punishment, mental coercion or physical abuse as a disciplinary measure. Any such conduct is a disciplinable offence under the Code of Conduct and Ethics, 2025.

Environmental Commitment

Elevion commits to:

  • Minimise paper usage by defaulting to digital-first delivery for all client work, internal communications and record keeping.
  • Segregate office waste at source into wet, dry and e-waste streams, and hand it over to the waste management services arranged by our building operator in line with local municipal requirements.
  • Route all electronic waste (end-of-life laptops, phones, batteries, toner cartridges) to recyclers authorised under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022.
  • Reduce unnecessary travel by defaulting to video conferencing for internal meetings and for external meetings where the client agrees.
  • Use cloud-hosted platforms operated by hyperscaler data centres that hold formal environmental certifications, in preference to self-operated infrastructure, so that our indirect energy footprint benefits from those providers’ efficiency programmes.
  • Comply with all applicable Indian environmental laws and with the environmental requirements of our clients’ contracts.

Working Hours and Employee Well-being

Elevion operates a flexible, output-based working model. While formal clock-in and clock-out systems are not maintained, we ensure compliance with all applicable working-hour regulations. As a standard practice, the regular working week does not exceed 48 hours, and total weekly hours do not exceed 60 hours. Project Leads and Founding Partners monitor workloads through regular check-ins and structured project reviews to ensure peak project demands do not result in excessive working hours. Where a client engagement requires formal time tracking, Elevion will adopt the client’s system for the duration of that engagement.

Grievance and Reporting

Any concerns about Elevion’s conduct in relation to the commitments on this page may be raised with any Founding Partner or through the mechanisms set out in our internal Grievance Redressal Policy, available on request.
