Elevion Partners Solutions is a boutique procurement consultancy based in Pune, founded in 2024 by practitioners who spent their careers inside procurement and supply chain teams rather than advising them from outside.
Who we are
We are an Ivalua-focused systems integrator covering advisory, reseller enablement, implementation, training, adoption and post-implementation support across the full Source-to-Pay lifecycle. We also build custom enhancements, add-ons and extensions for the procurement systems our clients already run.
Our founding partners bring over 50 years of combined experience in procurement and supply chain management, across global banking, technology, consulting and manufacturing, across regions.
We are deliberately small. Every engagement is led by a founding partner, and we take on work we are confident we can do well.

Durganand Jha
Founding Partner and Director
More than 24 years in global procurement and operations, with director and vice-president level roles at Credit Suisse, UBS, TCS, GEP, Wipro and Tata Motors. At Credit Suisse he rose from global head of transactional sourcing to global sourcing head for IT professional services, IT outsourcing, consulting and audit services, with category managers in Zurich, London, New York and Singapore reporting to him. He also led contingent workforce management, including the deployment of a vendor management system across the full contingent worker lifecycle.

Raja Ramasamy
Founding Partner and Director
More than 26 years in procurement transformation and digital operations, with senior roles at Credit Suisse, UBS and Hewlett-Packard, and in the Singapore public sector. In banking and financial services, he led an Ivalua Source-to-Pay implementation and its operations support, and built and led global procurement support functions covering source-to-order, vendor management and governance, third-party risk management, e-signature operations, and contract knowledge management.
Master’s in Knowledge Management, NTU Singapore. Engineering degree, UNSW Sydney. ISO 9000 Lead Auditor.
